3 exercises to tone your arms

  • Arnold shoulder press a.k.a. Arnold’s. This is an excellent compound movement for your shoulders, triceps and biceps, developed by Arnold Schwarzenegger. For this one, you need a pair of 5 to 10-pound dumbbells. From a standing position, curl the dumbbells until you reach shoulders height and then begin turning all the way up over your head and in the end just do a regular shoulder press. Arnolds are an excellent exercise for starting your workout, do 3-4 sets of 12 to 15 reps each. You don’t even need a gym membership, just get a pair of dumbbells and do it at home and leave the household duties to your domestic cleaners London.

  • Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curls. That is the most effective bicep exercise! First, stand with your feet shoulders width apart, grab the dumbbells and curl them alternating each time.
